A previously issued license will usually be acceptable as proof of hunter safety education since a card or certificate had to be presented for it's issue.

It means whoever appoints the next justice when one retires will have a BIG impact on the legal future of the US.

Don't get me wrong our side won big but the margin isn't as big as it should be.
