CPS press release.

At this rate there won't be any section 5 dealers left.

Is it a requirement for section 5 authority that you be devoid of any intelligence, be criminally minded and ridiculously greedy?

I wondered where I remembered the name.

A look on his website says "This website will be back shortly". Might be a long wait.

Gary Clark described it to me as the "James Bond" phenomenon, they get carried away, because really there's not much money in selling guns, not from a UK standpoint anyway.

Although I have to say I'm a bit surprised, Mick was always super careful to follow all the laws, it's another one of these "brokerage" cases where the law is quite new. He's been an RFD for decades. His previous claim to infamy was importing the Chinese type 56 used by Michael Ryan.
