What?
That is a long article and it's worth reading.
Unsurprisingly, he's gotten a lot of flak for his testimony from other RCMP officers.
So basically in a nutshell, RCMP tasered a Polish guy to death at Vancouver Airport in 2007, so they became very gun shy (literally) about deploying carbines and now they're giving plainly ridiculous explanations for the delay. _________________ Steve.
