Article.
What I like about that article is that the Guardian is always anti-gun but they're for freedom of speech, so if nothing else he has already achieved the near impossible - an objective article about guns by The Guardian.
Although it's in the U.S. it is still interesting because the same principle will apply worldwide. If he wins, then other countries will either have to put up with it or try and block the internet. And the same principle he's using applies in other countries. _________________ Steve.

Both. But it's the free speech angle that is important because that would be relevant in a lot of countries. _________________ Steve.

True, I'm half wondering if challenging under the first makes a victory more certain? |

And he has won.
The US Govt. is about to take export licencing of firearms away from the State Dept. so it clearly didn't make any sense to continue fighting this lawsuit.

Mmm, well he's only doing it with the receivers and in most countries it's the pressure-bearing components. So although the police are getting wound up about it in reality you can already buy all the parts he's allowing you to make over-the-counter in most European countries, including the UK. _________________ Steve.

Australian reaction.
Canadian reaction.
Mmm, in Canada the receiver is also the controlled part of the firearm... _________________ Steve.

He's been arrested on a sexual assault charge.
Idiot. Although they do seem to have had him under surveillance. _________________ Steve.
